2. Service Description

Swiftdesk provides AI-powered customer support services, including voice agents, email support, and ticket management. We use Claude AI to power our support automation.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Services are billed monthly in advance
• Plans: Starter ($99/mo), Growth ($199/mo), Pro ($399/mo), Enterprise ($799/mo)
• You can cancel anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees
• Refunds available within 30 days for technical issues only

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Illegal purposes or activities
• Harassment, abuse, or spam
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access
• Any activity that interferes with our services

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in our services and technology belong to Swiftdesk LLC. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information.

6. AI Performance

Our AI agents are designed to handle customer support inquiries. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or response times. We provide monthly performance reports.

7. Limitation of Liability

Swiftdesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to services will cease and data will be retained per our privacy policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
